Pali Pres Toddler Group Programs

Our program takes a developmental approach to learning and is designed to enhance and promote the whole child. From their social, physical, emotional, and intellectual development, we provide a safe and loving environment for them to thrive. Our goal is to make your family’s transition into preschool a positive and smooth process. We strive to give each child affection and acceptance so that they may develop emotionally, physically and socially. Each of our Toddler programs includes playing outside either on our big or little yard based on availability. Each class is designed to enhance the bond between adult and child in an environment that will both stimulate and engage them as well as getting the child familiar with our facility to ease the transition into preschool.

Mondays 10:30a-11:15a

DO, RE, MI MUSIC CLASS – Do, Re, Mi Music is a place where knowledge and fun are seamlessly blended into one sweet and memorable experience.  Whether your child is a natural born star or a bit on the shy side, your little one will experience the world of music through our engaging curriculum and the loving guidance of our professional teachers.  This class will have the opportunity to play on the little yard for 30 minutes before music class begins in the classroom.  On the Little Yard the children can explore the music area, let their imaginations soar in the pirate boat, have a picnic at the shady table and benches, climb on a caterpillar or shoot some baskets!

Tuesday 10:15a-11:00a

TODDLER ART CLASS – Tiny Explorers will learn and explore art and sensory experiences. Tiny explorers will have playful and exploratory art experiences focused on social-emotional and fine-motor skill development. This will be a terrific messy playdate; the best part is I clean it up. I am passionate about providing children abundant opportunities to express their creativity with various art materials and media while focusing on the process rather than just the product. Tiny explorers will be proud of their artwork.

Thursday 10:30a-11:25a

PARENTING GROUP AGED 6-12 MONTHS – Topics include your baby’s physical, social & emotional, and cognitive development. We also address developing healthy sleep habits and getting baby onto a schedule that meets your own personal goals and includes sleeping through the night--for everyone we hope! This is really a 360-degree exploration of parenthood as we cover all aspects of your baby’s development as well as how to best tackle the joys and challenges of integrating your baby into your life. The groups are for either mom or dad only—one parent attends at a time. Multiples are welcome. The class will take place indoors at the preschool with open windows and full ventilation. We provide clean, age-appropriate developmental toys for the babies to play with during class.

Thursday 11:30a-12:30p

PARENTING GROUP AGED 13-22 MONTHS - This group is designed for those who want to learn more about raising a toddler in a fun environment with other families. Our groups provide information and support from our facilitators and other parents who often face similar experiences. Each meeting focuses on a specific topic, such as developmental stages, parenting techniques, family dynamics, etc., that is discussed in an inclusive way and that aligns with what your toddler may be going through developmentally... behaviorally, physically, cognitively, socially, and emotionally. This is really a 360-degree exploration of parenthood as we cover all aspects of your toddler’s development as well as how to best tackle the joys and challenges of each stage of toddlerhood. The groups are for either mom or dad only—one parent attends at a time. Multiples are welcome. The class will take place indoors at the preschool with open windows and full ventilation. We provide clean, age-appropriate developmental toys for the toddlers to play with during class.
